Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During new collection, launches, sales or holiday periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

Processing Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time are

United States: 3-7 business days.

Canada: 7-14 business days.

International: 10-21 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to shipping method, carrier delays, weather conditions or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Cotton + Sage is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.  

Incorrect Shipping Address 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Cotton + Sage is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
